The UPA Economic Development Advisory Board is responsible for the proposal, organization, and submission of the annual comprehensive fundraising program. The Board will sponsor, coordinate, and manage all UPA fundraising activities. It has been charged to pursue grants and foundation contributions and to report on a quarterly basis the status of fundraising activities and funds raised.
