Why Apply?

Breakfast and lunch is provided to students every day free of charge. Although free to students, the school pays roughly $5 per meal. Filling out this form will Allow UPA to receive reimbursements for meals. Reimbursements received are used to fun field trips and other student related activities.

What if I know I don’t qualify for free/reduced priced meals?

Even if your family does not qualify for free or reduced-price meals, it is still very important to complete and return this form. If you would like to apply for a scholarship for the Junior Trip, Senior Trip, or other similar school-related activities, you must complete and submit a Free and Reduced Price Meal Application.

What are some other student benefits if you qualify for free and reduced priced meals?

  Prior to September 15, 2026, all hard-copy applications should be submitted to your student’s seminar teacher. After September 15, 2026, hard-copy applications should be submitted to the attendance clerk in the main office.
