WEB, (Where Everyone Belongs), is a program at UPA that supports incoming 7th graders as they adjust to a new school and begin the school year. UPA's WEB program focuses on helping to make the transition into middle school smoother by helping 7th grade students feel welcomed, connected, and supported.

WEB Leaders are dedicated 10th–12th grade students who apply in the spring of their 9th, 10th, or 11th grade year. These leaders play an active role in building a positive school community by leading a beginning-of-the-year orientation, facilitating mini academic lessons, hosting social events throughout the year, and being a friendly face on campus.
