Promotion Details:

While we are close to the end of the pandemic in Santa Clara County, we are still required to ensure social distancing and safety protocols for all events, including promotion.   I thank you in advance for understanding the constraints we are in and the challenges that we are facing to make this event happen.  It is worth every moment because this class deserves a chance to shine.   

Promotion is occurring on the UPA campus in the outdoor Amphitheater.   Because of space constraints and group size constraints, we have to break the event up into two cohorts or groups.   One group will promote and celebrate at 1:30 PM and the second group will promote and celebrate at 6:00 PM.   Each student will receive 2 tickets to attend the event.   Both promotions will also be live streamed so that visiting family or family that cannot come can still be part of the celebration.
