1. Send a note with your student stating the reason and the time you will be at school to pick up your student or complete the online form.

2. Instruct your student to take the note to the office before school where they will be given a pass to leave early from the appropriate class.

3. The student should present the pass to the appropriate teacher.

4. The student should meet the parent at the appointed time in the school main office where the parent will sign the student out.


Please submit this form no later than 8:15AM the day of the absence. You may receive a call confirming the absence of your student.
